On February, the St. Thomas Aquinas Indoor Soccer League held it's finals in the St. Thomas Aquinas gymnasium.
1st place Chelsea faced 2nd place Arsenal. This time it was personal. In front of an enthusiastic crowd Chelsea
got off to a quick start, and dominated the first half holding a commanding 6-3 lead. But after half time, Arsenal in
Thierry Henry fashion scored 4 quick goals to take a crowd-shocking 7-6 lead. The teams increased intensity and
Chelsea twice fought back to tie the match, but Arsenal scored in the final minute to win the exciting contest 9-8,
and capture the St. Thomas Indoor Soccer Championship trophy.
