St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School, Brampton, Ontario Girls Varsity Hockey November 28, 2016 The Varsity Girls Hockey Cardinals faced off at Greenbriar Arena against the Mayfield Mavericks in their second game of the year. The undermanned squad played very well against the deep Mavericks, ending the first period scoreless. The team gave up four goals in the second period, but never gave up and came back with two goals by centre Kylie Campbell, but couldn't complete the comeback in a 5-2 setback.
