2 shows several games of cards being played ... gambling and money on the table are strictly forbidden, so some of the standing gentlemen keep track of won and lost money.
3 and 4 show the rocky coast and a crab out for a stroll.
5 and 6 show the breakwater by the Funchal Harbour.
7 and 8 show participants playing in the Skateboard Park.
9 to 11 show flowers along the Funchal boardwalk.
12 shows the Pestana Madeira Carlton Hotel pool.
13 shows my evening meal at Flavours of Madeira Restaurant ... roasted squid and pineapple, with local vegetables, olives and garlic bread, and a quite mellow house white wine.
Madeira features a wide variety of fresh local vegetables such as carrots, brussel sprouts, beans and potatoes, but broccoli was never served even once. Strictly forbidden.
