On Day 10, Dr. J toured the Maui Brewing Co. facilities, based in Lahaina, an award winning brewery featuring use of local fruit and products in its beer, and their beers are brewed with aloha.
Then, I visited the Wo Hing Temple, which began in 1905 for the large population of Chinese workers brought in to work the pineapple and sugar cane fields.
