1 is the caldera view from the ruins.
2 and 3 is the northern view from Skaros Rock.
4 and 5 are castle ruins on the west side of Skaros Rock. The castle was also used as an observation tower and featured a bell, at the top of the mount, to warn townspeople of approaching pirates.
Once a populous area, damage from earthquakes in 1650, 1701, 1866, and 1870 caused all of the townspeople to move and turned the once glorious castle into rubble.
6 to 10 are views of the Chapel of Panagia Theoskepasti below the base of Skaros Rock.
11 is a closeup of the volcanic island of Nea Kameni. In the centre is a still active volcano.
