Mom and myself traveled to Wiarton, and then a just a bit north to Colpoys Bay to visit cousin Carol and her loving husband, Mahyar, on the long weekend in early August.
They fed us - a lot - starting Saturday.
Colpoys Bay is on Georgian Bay, and is also the name of a small town that actually predates Wiarton, but Wiarton
became the predominant town in the area when the railway was built. Colpoys Bay now consists of both permanent homes and cottages.
We took a nice trip to Tobermory on Sunday, and hiked around the Bruce Caves and other places near Wiarton on Monday.
