3 shows the statue of Vasco Núñez de Balboa, the Spaniard who led an expedition from the Atlantic to the Pacific in 1513, the first from Europe to have done so.
4 and 7 show the Flamenco Marina harbour.
5 and 6 show the northern view to the Pacific Ocean from Flamenco Island.
9 shows the Ministry of Public Security grounds.
10 shows a salesperson selling snacks and bottled water, standing in the middle of traffic in the freeway. Somehow doesn't seem wise.
11 to 13 show the water levels of the two Miraflores locks and the electric mule which guides the ships into the lock.
