1 and 2 show reconstruction in the Casco Viejo.
3 and 4 show the burnt out Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús, a 1741 convent and church destroyed in a fire and later damaged in an earthquake.
5 and 6 show the El Arco Chato church and convent, built in 1678. The structure withstood two significant fires, in 1737 and 1756, but one of the arches finally collapsed in 2003.
7 and 8 show the French embassy and Ministry of Culture, but featured in several movies shot in Panama City, including 2008's Quantum of Solace.
9 to 11 show the bay by Casco Viejo, and the Cinta Costera ring road, and the ships lining up to go through the Panama Canal.
